Energy such an interesting word. Why did I pick this word. I was feeling deflated. I was feeling not there. Things weren't going the way I wanted them to go and I didn't know what I wanted to do... So Energy seemed to feel right. Now I have started a small business and I need to have lots of energy to keep up with my "mom" life, cooking cleaning and driving. Now I also had to add the job of looking for new customers and recruiting!! What ever was I thinking...
I know what I was thinking. I wanted more in life. I wanted to have a life for me. Something outside of being a mom, wife and household organizer. I really love what I do, I love the office job, I love the talking to people. and Yes I have energy for it all. I have no idea where this energy comes from it just comes. I love to do it all and I will keep on going. If something is missed or late, it's ok There is always another day to get it done! Energy is such a funny word. Sometimes it takes energy to make energy! Like when you exercise you feel so much more powerful afterwards and you keep going back to get that feeling. That is energy! The fire that burns and burns, that is energy! The sun glowing that is energy! a body in motion wants to stay in motion! So true and what does it take? Energy!!
Keep your word, reflect on it. Think about it. Don't let it take you over, you make it into what you want. I make mine ENERGY!!!
